政治合法性与加强党的执政能力建设

Parties are the center power in the modern political activities. To hold and to keep the state power is the fundamental goal in political activity. However, the party＇s ruling status is neither inherent, nor kept for ever. Any parties that want to hold the power for a long time, must have the appropriate political legitimacy. The communist party of china is not only the leader of socialism with chinese characteristics, but also the ruling power in political system. In the period of social transformation, the political legitima- cy of the communist party of china is confronted with many serious challenges. However, strengthening the construction of party＇s ca- pability on ruling,which can get rid of the plight of political legitimacy primarily,is the party＇ s fundamental construction after holding the state power. Therefore, parties that want to hold the state power effectively and longtime, must strengthen the construction of par- ty＇s capability on ruling in order to consolidate the political legitimacy.%政党是现代政治活动的中心，执掌和保有国家政权是政党活动的根本目标。然而，党的执政地位不是与生俱来的，也不是一劳永逸的。任何政党要长期执政，都必须具备相应的合法性基础。中国共产党是中国特色社会主义事业的领导核心，是政治体系的执政力量。在社会转型期，中国共产党的政治合法性面临多方面的严重挑战。然而，加强党的执政能力建设作为党执政后的一项根本建设，能从根本上解除政治合法性困境。所以，党要能够长期有效执政，关键在于加强党的执政能力建设以巩固政治合法性。
