民办高校教师激励问题研究--以Q学院为例

本文首先介绍Q学院的基本情况，阐述教师激励现状，然后分析Q学院教师激励存在的问题，并根据学院的实际情况，提出了相应的解决措施和建议，希望能为同类民办高等学校提供借鉴。%This paper first introduces the basic situation of Q College, describes the incentive status quo of Q College teacher, then analyzes the Q College teacher incentive problems, and in accordance with the actual situation of college, the authors put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, hoping to provide reference for similar private colleges and universities.
