Thispaper introduced the general situation of the monitoring work for cultivated land quality in China, and discussed problems in the work of setting monitoring organization, setting monitoring point, analyzing and applying the monitoring achievement. It is considered that a special department should be set up in land administrative departments at the county level taking charge of the arable quality monitoring work; the scientific method of setting monitor point should be applied across the country; the arable land gini coefficient and landscape change should be analyzed; and finally, the results of monitoring cultivated land quality should be used to define key areas of protecting cultivated land quality and improve cultivated land quality.%系统介绍了我国耕地质量等别监测工作的开展概况,并就监测组织设置、监测样点布设、监测成果分析及应用等方面的问题进行了探讨.研究认为在省、县级土地行政主管部门应设立专门的耕地监测评价科室进行耕地质量监测工作的开展;在监测样点的布设方面,应在全国范围内普及应用科学的布点方法进行监测样点的布设;在监测成果分析方法方面,应加入耕地基尼系数和景观分析;在成果应用方面,应依据监测成果划定耕地质量等别重点保护区和重点提升区.
