以人为本理念下高校学生管理工作创新途径探索

新形势下,在高校学生管理工作中,有诸多问题存在,对有效开展学生管理工作形成了一定的制约.而实施以人为本理念,对于学生全面发展和综合素质的提升,意义非常重大.本文首先对学生管理工作的含义和内容进行阐述,通过对高校学生管理工作的现状和存在问题的分析,提出了以人为本理念下高校学生管理工作创新策略.%Under the new situation, there are many problems in the management of students in colleges and universities, which restricted the effective development of students' management work.
