高职安全技术管理专业“现代学徒制”人才培养模式探索

摘要

“现代学徒制”对提升职业教育质量有着重大的意义。在解析“现代学徒制”的内涵及其基本特性的基础上，以重庆城市管理职业学院为例，论文对高职安全技术管理专业“现代学徒制”人才培养模式的构建及运行进行了初步探索，结合实践，提出了今后运行要解决的关键问题，并提出了相应的对策和建议。%The modern apprenticeship plays an important role in improving the occupation education quality. By analyzing the connotation and characteristics of the modern apprenticeship, the paper shows the modern apprenticeship’s application in the talent cultivation model of safety technology and management specialty in our school. Finally, some suggestions were put forward by analyzing the existing problems in the practice.
