AEC4112耐热镁合金冷凝过程中的物相变化研究

             

摘要

In this paper, the phase transition temperature was researched by using differential thermal analysis , and combined with the remelting-chilling experiment , the Phase Changes during the Solidification of AEC 4112 magnesium alloy were researched by OM, SEM, XRD, EDS.The results showed that During the solidification of AEC 4112 magnesium alloy, the liquid-solid transition was between 604℃to 584℃;And around the temperature of 584℃Al2 RE and Al11 RE3 phases were precipitated along the solid -liq-uid interface;Furthermore the eutectic transformation occurred at the temperature of 528℃to 505℃, it formed the phase of Al 2 Ca.So the solidification behavior of AEC 4112 magnesium alloy was L→α-Mg, L→α-Mg+Al2 RE, L +Al2RE→Al11RE3, L→α-Mg+Al2 Ca.%通过差热分析( DSC)及重熔-水淬实验,结合OM,SEM,XRD,EDS等检测手段,对AEC4112耐热镁合金冷凝过程中的物相变化进了行研究。结果表明:凝固过程中,AEC4112镁合金在604℃~584℃的温度区间内发生液-固转变,在584℃附近析出Al2 RE相和Al11 RE3相,在528℃~505℃区间内形成Al2 Ca相;且其凝固过程为L→α-Mg,L→α-Mg+Al2 RE,L+Al2RE→Al11RE3,L→α-Mg+Al2 Ca。
