高氢对Ti600合金显微结构的影响

         

摘要

利用XRD、OM、SEM、TEM分析方法研究了Ti600合金在高氢含量下微观组织的变化、相的析出行为等,并分析了高氢含量下Ti600合金除氢后的显微组织。结果表明,置氢处理后Ti600合金的显微组织结构发生了明显变化,形成具有不同取向的、平行的细片层组织;经XRD、TEM标定,析出的细片层组织为氢化物相、α相和α″马氏体。除氢后,合金中的相与原始合金一致,但等轴α相转变为平行排列的短片状α,并形成取向不同的集束。%Effect of hydrogen on microstructure and phase precipitation in Ti 600 alloy is investigated by XRD、OM、SEM and TEM. And dehydrogenated microstructure of Ti600 alloy with hydrogen is studied .The results show that microstructure of Ti600 alloys after hydrogenation changes seriously .Parallel fine lamellar structure with different orientation is obtained in hydrogenated near -αTi600 al-loy.Titanium hydrides,αphase and α′′martensite are detected by XRD and SEM .After dehydrogenation, phases of Ti600 alloy are similar to as-received one.Equiaxed αphase in Ti600 alloy decreases and short lamellar αphases are formed, which forms colonies with different orientation.
