该文采用实地观察、问卷调查、文献调查等方法，对不同地区社会用字规范化情况进行调查分析，发现当前社会仍然存在写错字或别字、使用繁简字、滥用谐音字等不规范现象，并就其产生的原因提出五点对策：健全和完善法律法规，增强监管力度；扩大工商行政审批范围，细化《户外广告登记管理规定》；加强宣传，强化正确使用规范语言的意识；开发新技术，净化语言环境；全民行动起来，彻底进行一场不规范用字的大整改运动。%Based on the field observation, questionnaire investigation, literature research and other methods, the thesis analyses the situation of words’standardization in different areas and finds that in modern society, the phenomenon of writing ghost word, using traditional and simplified characters and abuse of homophonic words still exist. According to the analysis of the causes, the thesis comes up with five suggestions: perfecting laws and regulations and enhancing supervising strength;expanding the scope of the examining and approval of industrial and commercial administration; refining The Regulations of Outdoor Advertising Registration; improving publicity and strengthening the consciousness of using correct language;developing new technologies and purifying environment of language;making the whole society be active to organize a thorough rectification movement of irregular words.
