改革开放以来成都基督教青年会、女青年会社会服务探析

Chengdu YMCA&YWCA have persisted in YMCA’s motto To serve and not to be served&YWCA’ s motto You know the truth will set you free and their target to serve the society&benefit humankind since resuming on August 8,1988. Chengdu YMCA&YWCA have actively expanded exchanges and cooperation with many YMCAs& YWCAs abroad since 1997, greatly promoted the rapid development of social services of Chengdu YMCA &YWCA. After May 12 Sichuan-Wenchuan earthquake in 2008, earthquake relief, post-disaster reconstruction assistance and community service became the focus of Chengdu YMCA&YWCA work.%成都基督教青年会、女青年会从1988年8月8日复会至今，秉承“非以役人，乃役于人”、“尔识真理，真理识尔”的会训，践行“服务社会、造福人群”的宗旨，从1997年开始，积极拓展与境外基督教青年会、女青年会的交流合作，极大地推进了成都基督教青年会社会服务的较快发展；2008年5.12汶川大地震至今，赈灾和灾后重建援助、社区服务成为青年会、女青年会工作的重点。
