钛白石膏中铁的存在是影响其使用性能的主要因素,分别使用萃取剂P507的萃取法和溶液中加入丙酮的溶解度法来除铁,结果表明： P507在溶液温度为25℃,相比A/O=2/1,体积分数30%,平衡时间45min时铁的去除率只能达63.97%左右.丙酮法操作简单,可以得到纯白的钛白石膏.因此,可作为钛白石膏除铁的主要方法% The Fe in Titanium Gypsum is the major factor for its usability. The P507 extraction and acetone method were compared to find the optimal purification technology from Titanium Gypsum. The results showed,under the optimal conditions of 25℃,A/O=2/1,the volume fraction of 30%,equilibrium time was 45 min. The extraction rate of Fe is 63.97% by using P507. Acetone method was more simple than extraction method. It can get pure Titanium Gypsum. So it can be used as the industrial production of the best method for removing iron application.
