复杂机械产品多学科集成建模方法研究

         

摘要

In order to solve the model sharing and data mapping in the process of complex mechanical product collaborative design and simulation,the paper proposes the multi-disciplinary integrated modeling method and construct the multi-disciplinary integrated model,which is composed of master model,context model and application model.According to the study on master model constructing method based on feature and the mapping method among master model,multi-disciplinary simulation context model and multi-disciplinary simulation application model,we realize the complex mechanical product collaborative design and simulation based on the multi-disciplinary integrated model.And the correctness and effectiveness of the method are proved by the experiment of blisk multi-disciplinary collaborative design and simulation.%针对复杂机械产品协同设计与仿真中的模型共享与数据映射问题,提出了多学科集成建模方法,构建了融合主模型、语境模型和应用模型的多学科集成模型,研究了多学科集成建模方法中基于特征的主模型构建方法和主模型、多学科仿真语境模型、多学科仿真应用语境之间的模型映射方法,实现了基于多学科集成模型的复杂机械产品协同设计与仿真,并通过整体叶盘多学科协同设计与仿真试验验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。
