“网络红人”现象对高校思想政治教育工作的影响及对策

Web celebrities phenomenon has brought serious challenges to college ideological and political education work. If used improperly, it will damage college ideological and political education environment, mislead some college students. College should take effective measures to deal with its negative effect and perfect the campus network system; build new ideological and political education work position; give full play to the advantages of colleges and universities, constructing high-quality network ideological and political education team;take the advantages of the phenomenon to educate students with campus culture.%“网络红人”现象给高校思想政治教育工作带来了严重的挑战，如果利用不当就会污染高校思想政治教育环境、误导部分高校学生。高校理应对“网络红人”现象带来的负面影响采取有效应对措施：正确认知“网络红人”现象对高校思想政治教育工作的影响；健全校园网络系统，构建新型高校思想政治教育工作阵地；发挥高校优势，建设高素质思想政治教育队伍；借力校园文化，利用“网络红人”育人。
