旅游管理专业酒店实习中三方利益诉求差异方差分析及融合

         

摘要

在地方本科院校旅游管理专业与酒店企业的教学实践合作过程中,尽管涉及的三方(地方本科院校、酒店企业和实习生)关系已经多年磨合而改善,但是,三方仍表现出较显著的差异性利益诉求。本文试图通过探索三方利益诉求差异的内容、差异形成的原因以及融合三方利益诉求差异的途径,为地方本科院校实现培养目标、酒店企业实现人才储备、实习大学生得到实践锻炼,从而最终实现三方诉求有效融合提供参考借鉴。%During the teaching-practice cooperating process between local undergraduate universities and hotel enterprises, although the tripartite relationship of participants ( local universities, hotel enterprises and students) is getting better after years of collaboration, significant differences of interest demand are still existing . The purposes of this article are attempt to explore the specific content and the causes of different in-terest demand of participants, whatˊs more, approaches of integrating this tripartite interest demand differ-ences. Thus, it will provide valuable references for local universities to achieve training goals;for hotel en-terprises to enforce their talent pool; for students to gain practical experience and realize the integration of the tripartite interest demand.
