Objective:To study whether there are overlapping regulatory factors between arabidopsis thaliana red light signal pathway and blue light signaling pathway. Methods: Mutant and wild-type seeds are grown under different light, and extract holoprotein of 7 days seedling, using SDS-PAG electrophoretic separation growth under different light between wild-type and receptor arabidopsis seedling holoprotein. Results: A clear image of SDS is gained, partial mutual protein changes between blue light receptor of cryptochrome plain cry1 and red light receptor photosensitive plain phyB are found. Conclusion:Arabidopsis red light sig-nal pathway and blue light signal pathway are with mutual regulation factors, and provide a base for further assessment of interleaving.%目的::为了研究拟南芥红光信号通路与蓝光信号通路过程中是否有重叠的调控因子。方法:将突变体与野生型的种子放在不同光照条件下生长,提取7天幼苗的全蛋白,采用SDS-PAG电泳分离生长在不同光下的野生型与不同光受体拟南芥幼苗的全蛋白。结果:获得了清晰的SDS图像,发现蓝光受体隐花素cry1和红光受体光敏素phyB部分共有蛋白的变化。结论:拟南芥红光信号通路与蓝光信号通路具有相同的调控因子,为进一步鉴定交叉因子提供了基础。
