晶向偏角和随机性对涡轮叶片强度影响

         

摘要

基于晶体塑性滑移理论,采用晶体滑移有限元程序,通过子程序中的欧拉角的变化,研究了不同晶体取向偏差和随机取向偏差对涡轮叶片强度的影响。结果表明:不同晶向偏角下最大分切应力均位于叶盆面缘板下方,榫头强度随晶向偏角增大而降低。不同随机取向偏角下最大分切应力大小和位置均不同,随机取向偏角对镍基单晶榫头强度的影响具有较大的随机性和分散性。%Based on the theory of crystal plasticity slip ,the crystallographic finite element program is employed to study the influences of crystallographic orientation deviation and random deviation on single crystal turbine blade intensity .Results show that all the locations of the maximum resolved shear stress are under the listrium with different crystallographic orientation deviation .With the increase in deflection of blade ,the intensity reduces .With the different random deflections ,the maximum resolved shear stress is different in the different sites .The random deflection has a direct influence on the strength of the tenon .The influence of the random deflection on the strength of tenon has a large randomness and dispersion .
