基于手指动脉波的无创血压测量系统

         

摘要

设计了一种基于手指动脉波的小型无创血压测量系统.通过光电式脉搏波传感器,采集同一根手指动脉前后两点的脉搏波信号,用微处理器主控通过阈值法提取脉搏波波峰,对比波峰时间差,得出脉搏波传播时间,建立脉搏波传播时间与血压之间的对应关系,通过实验确定关系式中的个性化参数,利用得到的关系式求得血压值,将所设计的系统测得的血压值与欧姆龙电子血压计的测量值进行对比,结果表明,两者误差较小,有较好的一致性.该系统可以实现血压的无创检测.%A miniature non-invasive blood pressure measurement system based on finger artery wave is designed.In this system,the pulse wave signal of before and after the same finger artery are collected by the photoelectric pulse wave sensor.The pulse wave crest is obtained by microprocessor through the method of threshold.Comparing the wave crest time difference and obtaining pulse transit time,the relationship between pulse wave propagation time and blood pressure is then established.The individual parameters in the equation are determined by experiments,and the blood pressure value is then acquired by using the relation formula.The blood pressure measured by the designed system is compared with the measured value of OMRON electronic sphygmomanometer.Experimental results show that the error is little and the two methods have good consistency.The system can realize non-invasive detection of blood pressure.
