基于COMSOL的矩形体内部缺陷圆的无损检测

         

摘要

COMSOL tool is used to establish the rectangular model of closed electrical impedance tomography for non-destructive testing of rectangular internal circular defects.An array of electrodes is attached the rectangular model and applies currents excitation.Voltage signals on the electrodes are measured,the rate of voltage change between adjacent electrode points are then calculated,the target centre approximate location and radius are therefore located by the potential difference analysis.Experimental results show that there is a one-to-one correspondence between defective information and boundary voltage,and that the internal defective information of the rectangle can be obtained by measuring the boundary voltages,non-destructive testing can be implemented.%针对矩形体内部缺陷圆的无损检测,利用COMSOL工具建立一个封闭式矩形电阻抗成像模型,安放阵列电极并施加电流激励.通过测量电极上的电压信号,计算相邻电极的电压变化率,利用电势差分析法对目标小圆圆心近似位置和半径大小进行定位.结果分析表明,缺陷信息和边界电压之间存在一一对应的关系,可通过测量边界电压获知矩形体内部缺陷信息,从而实现无损检测.
