郁金香种球枯萎病研究

摘要

郁金香枯萎病是贮藏期郁金香鳞茎上发生普遍、危害严重的病害之一.对病原菌Fusarium proliferatum的生物学特性及六种杀菌剂对其的抑制作用进行了研究,生物学特性实验表明：该菌在5～35℃,pH 3～9条件下均能生长,最适生长温度为25℃,最适生长pH为7.室内药剂筛选结果表明：430 g/L戊唑醇悬浮剂对该菌菌丝生长的抑制效果最好.%Tulip wilt is one of the very harmful and common diseases that impair tulip bulbs.We made a study of the biological characteristics of Fusarium proliferatum and the inhibitory effect of six fungicides.The experimental results show that the suitable conditions for the growth of pathogen is 5~35℃ and pH 3~9.The favorable environment for its growth is 25℃ and pH7.Fungicide results show that 430 g/L tebuconazole on mycelial growth inhibition is the best solution.
