温挤压模具热处理工艺研究

     

摘要

With the application of warm extrusion technique in small and medium - sized enterprises, highspeed steel W6Mo5Cr4V2, which features high strength, good wear resistance and red hardness, is widely used as a material for warm extrusion mold. According to the char- acteristics of warm extrusion mold and in view of the shortcomings of high - speed steel W6MoSCr4V2, such as thickness of carbide, easy oxidation and decarbonization, and poor toughness, we established a reasonable technical route by applying blank forging technique and vacuum heat treatment.%随着温挤压技术在中小企业应用推广,具有强度高、耐磨性好、热硬性好的高速钢W6MoSCr4V2被广泛用作温挤压模具材料.根据温挤压模具特点和W6M05Cr4V2高速钢碳化物粗大,易于氧化脱碳,韧度较差的缺点,运用毛坯锻造工艺和真空热处理技术,制定出了合理的工艺路线.
