电瓷梭式窑PID专家系统的设计与实现

         

摘要

为改变梭式窑采用常规PID算法控制中无法适应动态步温升速率导致的温差大、气氛不均匀、耗能高以及合格率低等不良状况,研究并设计出一种基于专家PID算法的电瓷梭式窑自动控制系统.文中概述了电瓷梭式窑自动控制工艺模型与系统PID控制对象组成,描述了梭式窑PID专家系统控制方法并给出具体的专家推理控制规则,设计了专家PID算法控制系统硬件结构与软件模块组成,说明了本系统的实际开发与应用情况.实验结果表明:在梭式窑控制系统中专家PID算法比常规PID算法具备更好的调控品质以及较强的自学习、自适应能力.%The use of a conventional PID control algorithm causes the shuttle kiln not to adapt to the dynamic rate of temperature rise step, leading to large temperature difference, uneven atmosphere, high energy consumption and low yield.In order to solve these problems, an insulator shuttle kiln automatic control system was developed based on the expert PID algorithm.The paper begins with a brief overview of the insulator shuttle kiln automatic control process model and system PID control objects.Furthermore it discusses in detail the expert PID control algorithm of shuttle kiln and the concrete expert inference control rule, with emphasis on the design of the hardware architecture and software modules of the expert PID control system.Finally it describes the actual development and application of the system.Experiments in an enterprise show that the expert PID algorithm has better regulation and stronger self-learning and adaptive capacity than a conventional PID algorithm does in the shuttle kiln control system.
