PURPOSE: To obtain a device for controlling the atmosphere inside a furnace which makes it easy to control the flow-regulating valve for fuel gas and makes it possible to control the atmosphere minutely on the basis of a time schedule and is highly reliable. ;CONSTITUTION: Air to a gas burner attached to a kiln 1 is supplied through an air-feeding line. A fuel gas-feeding line 23 for supplying fuel gas to the gas burner is divided partly into a plurality of channels 26, 27, 28, 29, in each of which a cutoff valve 31, 32, 33 or 34 and a pressure-reducing valve 41, 42, 43 or 44 are provided in series. With this device as a means of controlling the atmosphere inside a furnace, the change of the flow rate of the fuel gas can be effected simply by a change in the control of the cutoff valves 31, 32, 33, 34 based on a time schedule and thus it becomes easy to control the flow rate of fuel gas.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
