模糊PID算法在定型机温控系统上的应用

     

摘要

针对传统PID算法在定型机热定型过程中易产生较大超调的问题.文中采用在传统PID控制基础上引入模糊控制理论,设计一个模糊PID温度控制器,重点介绍模糊PID算法设计过程.仿真与测试结果表明:模糊PID控制器调节时间短,超调量小于2℃,控制精度在±1℃范围内.%In the process of heat setting, it is hard for traditional PID algorithm to meet the requirements. A fuzzy PID controller is designed by using the fuzzy control theory which is based on the traditional PID control. The paper puts emphasis on the designing process of PID algorithm. The results of simulation and field test show that the adjustment time of the fuzzy PID controller is short, its overshoot is less that 2℃ and its accuracy degree is whthin ±1 ℃.
