激光差分探测的悬浮物浓度测量技术研究

     

摘要

In order to realize the real-time concentration measurement of suspended particles such as smog ,dust and other aerosols , a method based on laser difference detection for suspended matter concentration measuring is introduced in the paper . T hrough the studying of the light characteristics during laser propagating in the suspended particles ,attenuation relationship between the suspended matter concentration and the light intensity is deduced .By means of amplification of the differential signal of the test and the reference light ,fluctuations of the external environment are reduced .The method of building a laser differential detection system for the measurement of the suspended matter concentration is verified . T he research show s:By concentration measurement of suspended particles , real-time detection of the suspended particles without changing their properties is achieved . The measuring precision is better than 12% ,practical feasibility of the measuring method is verified .%为了实现对烟雾、粉尘等悬浮物浓度的实时检测,提出一种基于激光差分探测的悬浮物浓度测量方法。通过研究激光在悬浮颗粒中传输时的特性,获取了悬浮物浓度与光强之间的衰减关系;借助于参考光路与测试光路做信号差分放大,消除了其他外界干扰光以及环境对测试精度的影响;搭建了基于激光差分探测的悬浮物浓度检测系统,对测量方法进行了验证。研究结果表明:通过对悬浮颗粒的检测,在不影响悬浮物颗粒分布特征的前提下,可实现对浓度的实时检测,其测量精度优于12%,验证了该测量方法具有实际可行性。
