定型机温度张力控制系统研究

         

摘要

Copper network has been gradually replaced by polyester network ,which leads to the change in the production process .In order to ensure product quality and production efficiency in the new production process ,it is necessary to improve the control strategy of setting machines .Based on the coupling relationship between temperature and tension ,the expert self-tuning PID algorithm was used to control the temperature and tension .It is seen from the tests that ,in the system w hich uses the new algorithm ,the requirement of temperature for the tension is satisfied and the fabric temperature rises quickly ,the overshoot volume is less than 2 ℃ ,and the temperature control precision is within ± 1 ℃ , thus improving the fabric quality and increasing the production efficiency .%定型原材料铜网逐渐被聚酯网取代而导致生产工艺也随之改变,为了保证新生产工艺的产品质量和生产效率,通过改进定型机的控制策略,完善其控制能力。通过研究温度和张力的耦合关系,将专家自整定PID算法应用在定型系统中,对温度和张力进行控制。通过测试表明:采用该算法的新型定型系统,在满足温度对张力要求的同时使织物温度上升速度快,超调量小于2℃,且温度控制精度在±1℃范围内,从而提高了织物定型质量和生产效率。
