双向反射分布函数测量光路设计

         

摘要

In order to study the influence of optical structure on the measurement system of bidirectional reflectance distribution function,a optical structure of the BRDF measurement system is designed,where the laser beam is shaping by increasing some optical devices.The technology of correlative detection is adopted in the signal acquisition and control module.Furthermore,by building a functional measurement system,the effect of incident angle and aperture on the measurement of scattering rate is verified based on the experiments.The results show that the accuracy of BRDF measurement is improved effectively.The precision of scattering rate reaches 10-5 ppm(corresponding to 10-11 ),while the power of the laser is 1 mW,which is improved along with the size of the aperture.%为了研究光路结构对双向反射分布函数测量的影响,通过在光路上增加光学器件对光束进行整形,采用探测器导轨、拉杆结合滑块的机械结构方式,结合相关检测技术实现双向反射分布函数(BRDF)测量,通过搭建原理样机实验验证了入射角度和光阑对样品散射率测量的影响.结果表明:在光源功率为1 mW时,该BRDF测量系统达到10-11散射率的测量,有效提高了BRDF测量精度.
