脂肪族水性聚氨酯/氧化石墨烯复合材料的制备与表征

         

摘要

氧化石墨烯(GO)具有大的表面积和丰富的含氧基团,可与水性聚氨酯(WPU)复合形成稳定的水性胶体,拓宽聚氨酯材料的应用范围.文中以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PT MG)为单体,二月桂酸二丁基锡(DBTDL)为催化剂,2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水性扩链剂,逐步聚合制备WPU.采用改进的Hummers法成功制备出GO,利用红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和紫外可见光谱(UV-vis)对样品的结构进行了表征.通过溶液共混法制备WPU/GO复合材料,利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了复合材料的截面形貌,采用热重分析仪(TGA)对复合前后材料的热性能进行了测试.结果表明.GO能均匀分散在水性聚氨酯基体中,GO的加入明显改善了WPU的热稳定性,热分解温度提高了43℃.%Having large surface area and rich oxygen-containing groups,Graphene Oxide(GO) can be recombined with Waterborne Polyurethane (WPU) to make a stable water-based colloid,widening the application of polyurethane materials.With Isophorone Diisocyanate (IPDI) and Polytetramethylene Glycol (PTMG) as the monomer,Dibutyltin Dilaurate (DBTDL) as the catalyst and 2,2-Dimethylol Propionic Acid (DMPA) as the hydrophilic chain extender,WPU was prepared by stepwise polymerization.GO was successfully prepared by a modified Hummers method,with its structure characterized with a Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR),an X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and ultraviolet visible spectrum (UV-vis).The WPU/GO composite was prepared by solution blending,whose cross-sectional morphology was observed with a scanning electron microscope (SEM) and whose thermal properties were tested with a thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA).The results show that GO can disperse in the waterborne polyurethane matrix,that the thermal stability of WPU is significantly improved by adding GO,and that the thermal decomposition temperature increases by 43 ℃.
