陕西省能源产业发展与碳排放的脱钩关系研究

         

摘要

Based on the cause and effect chain decomposition of Taipi uncoupling indexes, the coupling indexes between energy industry development and carbon emission in Shaanxi province are broken down into two parts:the uncoupling indexes of industrial emission and industrial energy consumption and the uncoupling indexes of industrial energy consumption and industry development. The results demonstrates that low - carbon economy development in Shaanxi energy industry development are wholly in the weak -uncoupling and non - ideal situation ,with the synchronous growing trend of emission of CO2 and industry development;that energy strength is the crucial factor to influence the uncoupling relation between energy industry development and car- bon emission in Shaanxi province, while energy consumption structure is not the key factor to influence the un- coupling relation. It is also thought that developing low - carbon economy in the future in Shaanxi province should improve the efficiency of energy utilization, adjust the structure of energy consumption and extend the link of energy industry.%基于Tapio脱钩指数的因果链分解,将陕西能源产业发展与碳排放之间的脱钩指数,分解为产业排放与产业能耗的脱钩指数和产业能耗与产业发展的脱钩指数两部分。结果表明:陕西省能源产业低碳经济发展总体处于弱脱钩的非理想状态,CO2排放与产业发展出现了同步增长的趋势;能源强度是影响陕西省能源产业发展与碳排放脱钩的关键因素,而能源消费结构对脱钩的影响不大。研究认为,陕西未来发展低碳经济需要提高能源利用效率,调整能源消费结构,延长能源产业链。
