不同后处理下的PPS针刺毡的性能比较

摘要

In order to study the influence of the operation time to the performance of dipping PPS needle felt and coating PPS needle felt during high temperature ,the thermal shrinkage ,strength and permeabili‐ty of needle felt made by different processing ,different operation time and different temperature were compared .T he result show s that the dipping PPS needle felt has a good stability ;the treansverse break‐ing strength of the felt has an increase at first and down after 36h;the breaking strength of dipping felt has a decline after dipping at 190℃ for 12h .The permeability of dipping felt has a decline with the time going ,and it has great improvement w hich reaches the maximum at 36h .%研究高温下不同作用时间对覆膜处理和浸渍处理的PPS针刺毡性能的影响，比较经过两种后处理下的针刺毡在25℃和190℃下处理12h ，24h ，36h ，48h的热收缩性、强力性和透气性。结果表明，PPS浸渍针刺毡的稳定性较好；覆膜处理后的滤料的纬向断裂强力随着作用时间的增加，开始有上升的趋势，到作用时间为36h后开始下降；经过高温（190℃×12h ）浸渍处理后滤料的经纬向断裂强力都有一定程度的下降，浸渍处理后滤料的透气率随着作用时间的增加，开始为下降的趋势，在经过36 h后有很大的提高，接着又开始下降。
