降解壳聚糖处理对棉纤维结构和性能的影响

     

摘要

采用超声波辅助双氧水氧化降解法,将壳聚糖降解成低分子量的聚合物,然后利用壳聚糖和降解壳聚糖溶液对棉纤维进行改性处理。研究棉纤维经壳聚糖和降解壳聚糖溶液处理后的形态、结构和力学性能变化规律。对改性的棉纤维样品进行SEM 分析、红外光谱分析、X射线衍射分析、TG热分析以及强伸率等力学方面的分析。结果表明,棉纤维经壳聚糖和降解壳聚糖处理后有一定量的壳聚糖吸附在棉纤维上,使棉纤维表面变得光滑,但不会引起纤维内部结晶度的明显变化,同时热稳定性有一定的提高,强力受到一定的损伤。这些变化的研究为棉纤维的后续改性和进一步加工提供了一定的理论基础。%The ultrasonic assisted hydrogen peroxide oxidation degradation which can make chitosan into low mo‐lecular weight polymer are used ,then cotton fibers are modified by using chitosan and degradation of chitosan solution. The changing rule of structure and properties of cotton fibers treated by chitosan and degradation of ch‐itosan are studied. Scanning electron microscope ,infrared spectrum ,X‐ray diffraction ,thermal gravimetric analysis and the analysis of the mechanical aspects such as strong stretching rate are used to test changes on the modifica‐tion of cotton fibers. Research shows that it does have a small amount of chitosan adsorption on the cotton fibers after chitosan and degradation of chitosan treatment which makes cotton fibers surface smooth ,but it does not cause the change of internal crystallinity. Thermal stability is improved and the strength is damaged to some ex‐tent at the same time. The changes provide certain theoretical basis for the following modification and further processing of cotton fibers.
