阳离子型聚氨酯羊绒固色剂-CGS 的制备及应用

摘要

In purpose of improving the color fastness of cashmere dyeing fabric ,a cationic poly‐urethane type cashmere color fixing agent‐CGS was prepared and applied to cashmere dyeing by taking polypropylene carbonate polyol(PPC) and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI) as the soft and hard segment ,N‐methyl diethanolamine(MDEA)as hydrophilic unit ,the tailor‐made AEAPS as chain extender .The optimum raw material ratio of color fixing agent‐CGS was set by the in‐vestigation of the influence of processing parameters on the color fixing properties .And the effect of color fixing agent on the fixing property of different color was analyzed .The results in‐dicate that fastness of white cashmere fabric after dyeing is improved ,especially for wet rub‐bing fastness ;it can be improved by one scale ,and the original color has no changes .%针对羊绒染色品湿牢度差的问题，以聚碳酸亚丙酯多元醇（PPC ）和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯（IPDI）作为阳离子聚氨酯固色剂‐CGS分子软段和硬段原料，N‐甲基二乙醇胺（MDEA ）为亲水单元，自制氨基硅油（A EA PS ）为改性扩链剂，制备一种聚氨酯型羊绒固色剂‐CGS ，应用于羊绒染色品固色。通过探讨不同合成工艺参数对固色剂固色效果的影响，确定合成固色剂‐CGS的最佳原料配比，并对不同色号染色制品进行固色分析。从固色剂‐CGS对白绒染色制品固色结果可知，其对湿摩擦牢度的改善效果明显，湿摩擦牢度能提高近1级，且不影响织物原有色光。
