高温高压条件下岩心钻探中泥浆流变性能分析

         

摘要

To improve the reliability and lower computational cost of analysis process of slurry rheological properties in the condition of high temperature and pressure.A method for analysis of rheological characteristics of the slurry in core drilling based on turbulent flow in a single medium is proposed.The model construction and constraint parameters are analysed.The phase momentum balance principle is used to build slurry rheological equation of flow control,to ana-lyze slurry rheological dynamic pressure distribution,and to solve the flow control model of functional stability.The analysis of single medium turbulent flow in slurry rheology is realized. The mathematical simulation results show that the analysis is more accurate and reliable by u-sing this model.%为改善高温高压条件下泥浆流变性能分析的可靠性及计算开销,提出基于单介质湍流定常流动的岩心钻探中泥浆流变分析方法。构建高温高压条件下岩心钻探中泥浆流变的判别模型,采用相动量平衡原理,得出泥浆流变的流动控制方程,分析泥浆流变的动压分布,求解流动控制模型的稳定性泛函,实现泥浆流变的单介质湍流定常流动分析。数学仿真结果表明,采用该模型进行泥浆流变性能分析,结果较为准确可靠。
