基于DEA模型的中国纺织企业管理创新能力和绩效评价

         

摘要

In order to improve the management innovation,the effectiveness of DEA according to this strategy respectively on the participation of nearly two national textile industry enter-prise management innovation achievement award is analyzed.Results show that RuiGuang,Ji-Fa,JiaLian,HuaXing,SanLian and other nine enterprises reached the optimal ratio of input and output elements in the fourth session of the national textile industry management innova-tion achievement award,the comprehensive efficiency and optimal.XinFengming,HSTYLE, WuYang,YongAn and KangSaini five enterprises in the fifth session of the national textile in-dustry management innovations award in the outstanding performance,achieving the maxi-mum overall efficiency.But from the overall analysis it is concluded that the overall efficiency of the industry is still in a relatively high position,the enterprise must further adjust the plan-ning in the technical efficiency and scale efficiency,so that the performance can reach a higher level.%为提高企业的管理创新水平,对参与近两届全国纺织行业管理创新成果大奖的企业进行了DEA有效性分析.结果表明瑞光、即发、佳联、华兴、三联等九家企业在第四届全国纺织行业管理创新成果大奖中达到了投入要素和产出要素的最优配比,综合效率最优;而新凤鸣、韩都衣舍、五洋、康赛妮和永安等五家企业在第五届全国纺织行业管理创新成果大奖中表现优异,达到综合效率最优.但从整体上分析得出,行业综合效率还处于一个中等位置,企业需进一步在技术效率和规模效率上调整规划,以使业绩上升到更高层面.
