在境外遂行多样化军事任务部队的特权与豁免以及法律责任问题，事关实施兵力行动的合法性、作战效能和参战官兵的权益。我们应当在适当时机与有关国家展开谈判，协商签订《部队地位协定》，为未来在境外遂行多样化军事任务奠定国际法基础。在国内法层面，应尽快出台《多样化军事行动法》或者《兵力使用法》，使遂行多样化军事任务的部队做到有法可依。%It is inevitable reality to protect national interest abroad by undertaking military approaches and fur-thermore the privileges ,immunities and responsibility entitled and imposed to troops for these operations are very much related to the legality and effectiveness of the operations in question and moreover to the right and interest of those military .It is necessary to negotiate with Sates concerned for conclusion of Status of Force Agreement so as to set up legal basis of international nature for future operations to fulfill these missions .In terms of domestic law ,it is compulsory to enact Act of Multiple Military Tasks or rather Law of Use of Armed Force ,to ensure such troops law-fully and to implement their missions .
