联合载荷作用下高速角接触球轴承快速计算方法及接触角分析

         

摘要

Large number of nonlinear equations in the existing ball bearing models lead to a lower calculation efficiency.Following Jones-Harris model,the contact angels of ball bearing are chosen as the iterative variables,and the partial equilibrium equations of balls are further deduced and simplified,which facilitates decreasing the number of nonlinear equations to significantly reduce the computing task.The contact angle is taken as the most important dynamic parameter of high-speed angular contact ball bearings,and the influencing rules of various factors on it are analyzed.The results show that the new model has high computing efficiency,and the uneven distribution of contact angle due to radial load can be eliminated by applying an appropriate moment.%针对现有球轴承模型的所含非线性方程组数目较多、模型计算效率较低的问题.在JonesHarris模型的基础上,选用轴承内部接触角为迭代变量,并对轴承内部局部平衡方程进行推导及化简,有效地减少了轴承模型中非线性方程组的个数(减少了2Z个非线性方程,Z为滚珠个数),从而大幅减少了模型的计算量.此外,接触角作为高速角接触球轴承最为重要的动态参数,在上述模型的基础上,分析了多种因素对轴承内部接触角的影响规律.研究结果表明,改进后的模型具有更高的求解效率,通过施加适当的力矩载荷可消除由于径向载荷所带来的接触角分布不均匀的负面影响.
