秸秆发电的规模化发展需要专业秸秆收储企业的参与,为此,运用博彝理论,以领导者模型为基础,分析了秸秆电厂与秸秆收储企业组建纵向战略联盟对各方收益的影响,指出下游秸秆电厂与上游秸秆收储企业组建纵向战略联盟不仅可以保证秸秆原料的持续供应,还可以提高自身以及秸秆收储企业的收益,提高联盟整体利益,得出了有效战略联盟应满足的条件,并利用某秸秆发电厂的数据进行了实例分析.%Given that the scale development of biomass power plants requires the participation of straw collecting and storing enterprises, this paper applies the game theory to analyze the impacts on the earnings of the vertical strategic coa-lition consisting of the straw-burning power plant and the straw collecting and storing enterprise based on the leader-par-ticipation model. It points out that the formation of the vertical strategic coalition between the downstream straw-burning power plants and the upstream straw collecting and storing enterprises not only ensures the sustainable supply of straw to the biomass power plant, but also increases the earnings of the power plant and the straw collecting enterprise respective-ly, thus boosting the total economic results of the vertical strategic coalition. Moreover, the paper deduces the conditions to be satisfied for the existence of the effective strategic coalition, and conducts a case study by analyzing the data from a certain straw power plant.
