Objective To study the relationship between the blood glutathione peroxidase (GSHPx) activity changing and intracranial tumor. Methods The blood GSH-Px activity was measured in 34 patients with intracranial tumor pre- and postoperation. Results The blood GSH-Px activity in patients with intracranial tumor was lower than that of normal group before operation, and the blood GSH-Px activity decreased obviously in patients with malignant intracranial tumor. The blood GSH-Px activity in the patients with benign intracranial tumor recovered normal level in 3 weeks after operation, but it had not recovered in the malignant. Conclusion There is some relationship between the blood GSH-Px activity changing and the occurrence and prognosis of the intracranial tumor.%目的探讨颅内肿瘤患者全血GSH-Px活性变化及其意义。方法应用DTNB直接法rn检测34例颅内肿瘤患者术前1日及术后3周全血GSH-Px活性。鲒果颅内肿瘤患者术前全血GSH-Px活性较对照组明显降低,且恶性肿瘤患者全血GSH-Px活性下降更为明显。术后3周良性颅内肿瘤患者全血GSH-Px活性已恢复正常,而恶性颅内肿瘤患者仍未恢复至正常水平。结论 GSH-Px活性变化与颅内肿瘤的发生及预后有一定的关系。
