GC-MS分析椒蒿不同部位挥发油的化学成分

     

摘要

Objective To determine the chemical components and relative content of volatile oil from different parts of Artemsia dracunculus L. Methods Volatile oil was extracted from different parts of Artemsia dracunculus L with the method of steam distillation. Quantitative analysis was made with area normalization, the main components were analyzed with GC-MS, and the configuration of the separated compounds was analyzed combined with the mass spectrogram bank of computer retrieval technology. Results Among the 23 retrieved components of volatile oil in Artemsia dracunculus L leaves, anethole accounted for 80. 80% and β-ocimene accounted for 12.93%. A total of 21 components of volatile oil in Artemsia dracunculus L stems were retrieved. The main components were anethole, which accounted for 78.49%, and β-ocimene, which accounted for 12.82%.Conclusion The components of volatile oil in Artemsia dracunculus L leaf and stem are basically the same;therefore, they may not be extracted separately.%目的 测定椒蒿不同部位挥发油的成分及其相对含量.方法 利用水蒸气蒸馏法从椒蒿不同生长部位中提取挥发油,用面积归一化法进行定量分析,并对其主要化学成分进行了GC-MS分析,结合计算机质谱图库检索技术对分离的化合物进行结构分析.结果 椒蒿叶挥发油的主要成分:共检索23种物质,其中茴香脑含量占80.80%,β-罗勒烯含量占12.93%;椒蒿杆挥发油的主要成分:共检索21种物质,其中茴香脑含量占78.49%,β-罗勒烯含量占12.82%.结论 椒蒿叶和杆的挥发油基本成分一致,提取时可不必分开提取.
