基于PLC的PID控制方法在机械手调速控制系统的实现

摘要

Directed at the speed adjustment of mechanical hand control system used in lab,the article discusses the realization method of PLC-based PID control.The article establishes mathematical model for control system,makes analysis on system performance with matlab/simulink technology,optimizes PID control parameters,and realizes the speed adjustment of the system through PID functional orders of PLC.%针对实验室用机械手控制系统的调速要求,探讨一种基于PLC的PID控制的实现方法。通过采用对控制系统建立数学模型,并使用matlab/simulink仿真技术对系统性能进行分析,优化各项PID控制参数,应用PLC的PID功能指令实现对该系统的调速控制。
