文化视域下的日本殖民时期对台政策及其影响

         

摘要

Culture can be a soft power which is of unique significance in the relations between countries or between countries and regions.Tracing back to the period of Japan’s invasion in Taiwan,Japan’s implementation of conciliation and assimilation,which gained its climax in Japanization campaign in 1940s,generated complicated and profound consequences in many respects.It hatched the formation of Taiwanese consciousness and the "Japan complex",as well as began the special relationship between Japan and Taiwan.Meanwhile,a series of de-China measures taken by Japanese colonial government in culture has brought far-reaching side effects to cross-strait relations.Form the perspective of culture,this paper is aimed at interpreting the Japan’s policy toward Taiwan during its colonial period,as well as how the policies exerted such a historical and complicated influence in Japan-Taiwan,China-Japan and cross-strait relations.%文化是一种软权力,在国家与国家、国家与地区之间的关系中有着特殊的意义。日据时期,日本在台湾实行了文化上怀柔、同化的政策,其巅峰期是20世纪40年代的"皇民化运动",这一政策产生了复杂而深远的后果。它促进了台湾意识的形成,促使岛内产生了"日本情结",也开启了日台特殊关系的滥觞;同时,由于日本殖民政府在文化上的一系列去中国化措施,对两岸关系带来了长远的负面影响。该文旨在从文化的视角解读日本殖民时期的对台政策,以及这一政策对日台、中日、两岸关系产生的复杂的历史影响。
