区域农业环境质量下降导致农产品质量安全威胁的反思与对策--以广西为例

     

摘要

该文从来自农业本身的污染与危害及来自农业外部的污染与危害两方面剖析区域农产品质量安全问题,提出从政府在保护农业环境方面应有所为有所不为、改革农业生产经营模式推广农业标准化生产、推动企业改革创新和技术改良发展循环经济、倡导国民改变生活方式和消费观念这四个方面解决农业环境质量下降导致农产品质量安全受到威胁的对策。%Beginning from the nature of food safety, this paper analyzes the relationship between ecological environment and hu-man’s production and life from the perspective of ecology principle. Then, based on the fact that deteriorating environmental quality is influencing food safety, it explains the urgency of solving the problem of quality safety of regional agricultural products. It also ana-lyzes the causes for the deteriorating environmental quality for regional agriculture from two aspects: internal pollution and damage occurring within agriculture and external pollution and damage coming from outside agriculture. Consequently, it proposes that the government should take countermeasures in the following four aspects to solve the problem threatening quality safety of agricultural products because of deteriorating environmental quality for agriculture: optimizing its action to protect agricultural environment, push-ing standardized agricultural production by transforming agricultural production and operation models, developing cyclic economy by boosting business reform and technological innovation and encouraging the citizens to change their lifestyle and consumption concept.
