基于办公自动化特点及其用户权限的分析

摘要

随着新知识经济时代的到来，信息技术的快速发展，校园采用自动化办公可有效提高办公效率。办公自动化主要是对办公事务处理，信息加工与管理和制定决策。结合校园网络办公自动化通过对办公自动化要素的整合管理，提供一个科学、开放、先进的信息化办公平台。系统中针对用户权限问题，由于系统的使用对象多，身份不一，要有较好的权限管理制度。办公自动化是直接体现高校现代化管理的一个重要方面，校园建立办公自动化系统是必然的，是大势所趋的。%With the development of information technology,the knowledge economy era is coming,work-ing in the campus can be done more productively base on the OA (Office Automation).OA is aimed at of-ficial business,such as,information processing,information management and making decisions.By com-bining the elements of OA based on the campus network,to provide a scientific,open,and advanced plat-form for information working.According to the issues of role privilege in the OA system,like the large number of users and different characters,we need a better way to manage it.OA directly reflects an im-portant part of modern management in colleges and universities,it is a general trend to construct OA sys-tem in campus.
