蒋翊武与清末新军革命化改造

摘要

辛亥时期，革命党人对湖北新军卓有成效的革命化改造，为武昌首义取得成功奠定了坚实的基础。湖北新军革命化改造的成效与蒋翊武的卓越领导是分不开的。作为湖北新军革命化改造中最重要的历史人物，蒋翊武在组织愿景、核心制度、舆论阵地、发展战略等方面，创造性地发展和完善了湖北新军“自下而上”的革命化改造模式。早期革命斗争经验的全面积累和后期对湖北革命形势的准确把握，是蒋翊武为新军革命化改造作出杰出贡献的主要原因。%In 1911, the fruitful revolutionary reform of Hubei new army which mainly depended on the excellent leadership of Jiang Yiwu laid a solid foundation to rise in Wuchang. As a key historic person in revolutionary reform of Hubei new army, Jiang Yiwu creatively developed the bottoming-up pattern of revolutionary reform of new army in the aspects of organization vision, core system, position of public opinion and development strategy. The comprehensive accumulation of early revolutionary experience and accurate grasping of Hubei revolutionary situation were the main reasons of Jiang Yiwu＇ s outstanding contribution to revolutionary reform of Hubei new army.
