基于可拓理论的发动机失火故障模式识别研究

             

摘要

为提高发动机的安全性,提出一种基于可拓理论的发动机失火故障诊断方法.建立发动机尾气成分物元模型,然后通过计算待诊断尾气成分与故障状态的可拓关联度,根据可拓关联度的大小,可以识别发动机的故障状态,并利用EQ6102发动机进行了故障诊断测试.结果显示,该方法不仅能够给出正确的故障诊断结果,且能够根据可拓关联度的变化对发动机运行状态的变化趋势进行预测.通过理论建模分析及实验验证表明可拓故障诊断方法是有效可行的.%A method of fault diagnosis for engine misfire based on extension theory was proposed in order to improve the safety of engine.The matter-element models of the engine exhaust gas composition were estab-lished firstly ,then the extension correlation indices of the exhaust gas composition and the fault state were calculated and the fault state was identified according to the value of extension correlation.The fault test was conducted by EQ6102 engine ,the results show that the proposed method not only can judge the correct fault diagnosis results ,but also can predict the engine running state according to the variation tend of extension correlation indices.It shows that the extension fault diagnosis method is effective and feasi-ble through the theoretical modeling analysis and experimental verification.
