天然柞蚕茧基本性能研究

摘要

对天然柞蚕茧壳进行SEM观察，进行基本规格检验、力学性能以及透气性等研究。结果表明：柞蚕茧壳外表面的蚕丝无规律地松散纠缠在一起，内表面结构紧密、平整光滑；柞蚕茧的厚度仅为0.39 mm，克重能达到304.6 g/cm2；具有良好的力学性能、较低的透气率和良好的温度稳定性。%This paperresearches natural A.pernyi cocoon, such as electron microscope, the basic specification test, mechanical properties and gas permeability experiment, etc. The results show that the outer surface silk intertwined together, irregular and loosely; the inside surface structure of A.pernyi cocoon is tight and smooth; thickness of A.pernyi cocoon is only 0.39 mm, the weight is able to reach 304.6 g/cm2; it has high mechanical properties and temperature stability.
