监狱警察作为一支特殊的警种,其工作的特殊性、任务的繁重性及工作环境的封闭性等特点,使大部分民警产生了不同程度的心理问题,在一定程度上影响了警察的身心健康。我国监狱民警心理压力产生的原因主要包括社会、心理和生理因素,三者之间相互作用。对于不同的个体而言,三种因素发挥的作用各不相同。缓解压力主要是发挥个体心理压力中介系统对压力的降解,它包括支持系统、认知系统等方面的措施。%As a special police force, prison policemen have been undertaking heavy task in enclosed working en- vironment, which may cause psychological problems, and to some extent affected the police＇s physical and mental health. The paper holds that the prison police＇s psychological stress may have social, psychological and physiological cause, and the three may interact. For different individual, the three factors may have a different effect. To relieve pres-sure, it is suggested one have to make good use of the intermediary system, which comprises a supporting system, cognitive system and other measures.
