“东方之星”事件的反思及邮轮旅游业危机管理透视

摘要

为适应旅游经济的发展需要，邮轮旅游业危机管理迫在眉睫。“东方之星”事件的发生，反映了我国邮轮旅游业的深层次危机。从行业层面到企业层面，应完善法律法规，加强人才建设，建立危机管理机制，破除邮轮旅游业发展中的障碍。%With the development of tourism economy, it becomes increasingly important to manage crisis of cruise tourism industry. This paper makes an in-depth reflection on the "Oriental Star" incident and analyzes the possible causes of the crisis, emphasizing several major issues to be noted from the industry to the enterprise. Taking "Oriental Star" as example, the paper argues that, to remove the obstacles of developing cruise tourism, the local government should consider revising relevant laws and regulation, improving personnel training and establishing crisis management mechanism.
