高职院校档案管理工作的探索与实践

摘要

本文简要概述了高职院校档案管理中存在的问题，提出了健全高职院校档案的管理制度、提高档案管理员的思想及业务素质、提高高职院校档案管理工作信息化水平等措施加强高职院校档案管理工作。%This paper briefly summarizes the problems existing in archive management of higher vocational colleges ,and proposes measures of improving college archive management work from several aspects :to perfect the archive management system ,to improve the ar-chive management staff quality and to raise the imformatization level of archive management , etc .
