浅谈高校图书馆员的继续教育

According to the current status of college librarians ,the paper analyzes the content of continuing education of college librarians ,and proposes the ways for continuing education of college librarians .%本文针对当前高校图书馆员的现状，分析了高校图书馆员继续教育的内容，提出了图书馆员继续教育的途径。
