随着社会经济的发展，专项资金管理的重要地位越来越突出，但是，许多事业单位的专项资金管理混乱。本文通过对事业单位专项资金管理中产生的混乱进行分析，找出其存在的问题和不足，并提出防范这些混乱的措施。%With the development of society and economy, the management of special funds becomes more and more important and prominent; however, it is in disorder in many public institutions. This paper analyzes the disor- derly management, finds out the existing problems, and puts forward corresponding measures. It points out that the improved management is not only beneficial to save special funds and to enhance the quality of economic operation, but has very important realistic significance to macro economic regulation.
