月季与韭菜混栽对月季长管蚜发生及其叶片挥发性物质的影响

摘要

Two plants,namely Allium luberosum ( non-host plant of Macrosiphum rosirvorum) and Rosa hybrida ( host plant of Macrosiphum rosirvorum) were mix-planted in the proportion of 3 : 1,2 : 1 and 1 : 1 as the study material,the seeking behavior of Macrosiphum rosirvorum to the leaves of Rosa hybrida was examined using " Y" olfaclometer,and the change of the volatiles in the leaves of the mixed planting Rosa hybrida was analyzed using GC - MS.The study results showed that with the increase of proportion of Macrosiphum rosirvorum in mixed planting,the number of Macrosiphum rosirvorum nalurally infected Rosa hybrida decreased.The volatiles in leaves of Rosa hybrida with or without mixed planting of Allium tuberosum were significantly different.Under the condition of mixed planting,the leaves of Rosa hybrida contains less 3-hexen-l-ol and 2 - hexen - 1 - ol,and more heptaco-sane,nonanal and methyl salicylate.%将月季长管蚜的非寄主植物韭菜与月季按3∶1、2∶1、1∶1等5种行比进行混栽,应用Y型嗅觉仪测试月季长管蚜对混栽后月季叶片嗅觉趋向反应,利用GC-MS仪分析混栽后月季叶片中的挥发性物质含量变化.结果表明,韭菜在混栽中所占的比例越大,月季自然感染月季长管蚜的数量就越低,月季长管蚜对化感作用后月季叶片的选择率也相应降低.未混栽和混栽的月季叶片的挥发性物质在组成和含量上存在明显差异,混栽后月季叶片挥发性物质3-已烯-1-醇、2-己烯-1-醇的相对含量减少,而二十七烷、壬醛、水杨酸甲酯的相对含量增加.
